It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kenneth Green of Hope Hull, Alabama, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Green and Bessie Green; and his siblings, John Ed Green and Marie Stanford. He is survived by: his wife Oppoline V. Green; his children, Jimmy Green, Becky VanValkenburgh (Van) and Debbie Moncrief (Dale); his grandchildren, James Green (Kathi), Danny Moncrief (Sarah), Dean Moncrief (Erika), Rebecca Klingenschmitt (Trevor) and Richard VanValkenburgh; his great grandchildren, Graci Green, Levi Green, Hadlei Green, Dixon Moncrief, Darby Lynn Moncrief and Kate Moncrief; and his sister Patricia Drinkard (Boyd). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Hull UMC.
