With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Mitchell (Hope Hull, Alabama), who passed away on July 16, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Foy Mitchell; and her sisters, Dorothy Fryman and Jean Lockley. She is survived by: her children, Susan Mitchell Barron (Cleveland) and Michael Foy Mitchell (Mark King); her grandchildren, Zackery Cleve Barron (Anna) and Kaitlyn Allena Barron; her great grandchildren, Piper Marie Barron and Allena Renee Barron; and her sister Laurie Slawson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
