We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023, at the age of 77, William Newell Sheridan of Hoover, Alabama, born in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Liddon Sheridan and Hellen Ficquette Sheridan. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cyndi" Sheridan; his daughters, Terri Sheridan Hawkins and Kimberly Sheridan Marvin (David); his grandchildren, Bradley Hawkins, Parker Hawkins, Colby Hawkins, Riley Hawkins, Jason Marvin (Shannon), Sydney Marvin, Joshua Marvin (Maggie), Jake Marvin, Anna Marvin Jeffers (Jacob) and Sarah Kate Marvin; his siblings, Linda Sheridan Draggett and Milton Earl Sheridan (Margaret); his brother-in-law Kerry Hughes (Jennifer); and his nephews, Mitchell Hughes (Rachel), Brent Hughes, Johnathan Draggett (Mimi) and Tommy Draggett (Anna).
