He was predeceased by: his parent Teddy, Sr. Maske; his wife Bonnie; his son DeWayne; and his siblings, Louis and Pauline (Capps).
He is survived by: his son Durant Maske (Christi); his daughter-in-law Suzy Maske Herron; his grandchildren, Deena Blackstone, Cody Maske, Colby Maske and Isabella Maske; and his brother Eugene Maske (Ailene). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
