She is survived by: her husband Presley L.; her children, Mark F. Blake of Holcomb, MS and Tiffany B. Scordino; her son-in-law Brandon C. Scordino of Birmingham, AL; and her grandchildren, Madison N. Scordino of New York, NY, Presley B. Arians of Dallas, TX, Blake C. Scordino of Los Angeles, CA and Philip C. Scordino of Birmingham, AL.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association in memory of Shirley Ruth Fairley Blake.
