She is survived by: her children, Sam J. Levio, Patrick Levio, Yolanda Wyatt and Evelyn Farquhar; and her grandchildren, Chris Levio, Tiffany Levio, Laura Levio, Grant Wyatt, Carlena Wyatt, Emily Farquhar and Garrett Farquhar.
