He was predeceased by: his parents, Clements Leon and Johnnie Hortense Halcomb; and his brother Lionel Judson Halcomb (Kay). He is survived by: his significant other Charlotte Mann Halcomb; his children, John Forrest Halcomb (Suzanne) and Sally Halcomb Mizell (James); his grandchildren, Jackson and Julianna; and his siblings, Karen Halcomb Sanders (Fred) and Larry Leon Halcomb (Marilyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
