He is survived by: his parents, Shirley Bennett and Bob Bennett; his sister Becky Bennett; his children, Ashley Perkins (Nick), Casey Bennett (Kelly) and Brooks Bennett; his grandchild Bodie Perkins; and the mother of his children Laurie Bennett.
