He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Foote and Gussie Coupland Foote; his brother Gene Foote (Laura); and his brother-in-law Charles Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hall Foote; his siblings, Bill Foote (Terry) and Carrie Bruce; his children, Douglas Foote, Kelley Foote Largin (Butch), Tracy Foote Rouse (Greg) and Thomas Eddie Hall (Angie); his grandsons, Kyle Largin and Christopher Godber; and his great grandchildren, Blake and Liam Godber.
