He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Lee Lott and Mary Jane Lott; his sister Karen Frances Arens; and his grandson Alan Robert Lott. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Turnock; his children, Ann Kathleen Criswell (Rex), Robert Colin Lott (Marilyn), Susan Mary Glidden (Michael) and Linda Jane Lund (James); his grandchildren, Patrick Michael Glidden, Mary Frances Glidden (Bryan), Eric Benjamin Lott (Olivia), Colin William Lott (Katlyn), Cameron Ann Criswell and Ryan Robert Criswell; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Alan Lott, Samuel Charles Lott and Matthew Robert Lott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church (7340 Cahaba Valley Rd, Birmingham, AL 35242).
