He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Cartwright; and his siblings, Dan Cartwright, Jr. and Joyce Selene Cartwright. He is survived by: his sons, Darrell Cartwright, Susan Cartwright of Hoover and Raymond Cartwright of West Monroe; his stepdaughters, Debbie Couey, Mike Couey of Battle Creek, Dianna Clark, Tony Clark of Union City and Pam Glander of Union City; and his grandchildren, Casey Cartwright of West Monroe, Colin Cartwright, Andrew Cartwright, Sarah Cartwright of Hoover, Rachael Cartwright of Hoover and Caitlin Cartwright of Hoover. He is also survived by ten step grandchildren and sixteen step great grandchildren.
