It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rena Corley Chamblee (Hoover, Alabama), who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Blackwell and Bernice Cole Blackwell; and her former husband Dale Corley. She is survived by: her husband Charles Chamblee; her children, Phillip Corley (Isabel) and Susie Walker (Ben); her stepchildren, Teresa Shufflebarger (Bob) and Charles Chamblee, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Chamblee Shufflebarger, John Corley, Margaret Shufflebarger, Will Chamblee, Beck Corley, Jonathan Chamblee, Sam Corley, Anne McKinley Walker and Gracie Walker.
