He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarice Harper Allen and Orville Thomas Allen. He is survived by: his wife Judy Martin Allen; his daughters, Kim Johnson (Ron), Kristi Dowdy and Kerri Turner; his grandchildren, Brandon Tortorice (Mary Craig), Carson Tortorice (Mary Clare), Alden Dowdy, Graham Turner, Rhett Turner and Tabor Turner; his great grandchildren, Edward Barnes Tortorice (E. B.) and Ruthie Tortorice; and his brother Mike Allen.
