In the vast expanse of eternity, may Peggy find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Katrine McElroy Harvey and Hayward Fields Harvey; and her brothers, Bobby Hayes Harvey and Hubert Fields "Bud" Harvey. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Rushing Gibbs (Mike) of Birmingham and Robin R. Rushing of Birmingham; her granddaughter Hannah Grace Gibbs of Birmingham; and her sister Annette Harvey Black (Doug) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
