He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Moore and Cornelia Moore. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Moore; his daughters, Anna Grace Moore and Amy Catherine Moore; and his siblings, Hardy Moore (Alma) and Mary Catherine Nance (Bob). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
