She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Zanaty and Modene Zanaty. She is survived by: her husband James Levio; her children, John Levio, Mary Levio and Debra Watwood (Jason); her grandchildren, Jacob Levio, Valerie George, Andrea Watwood and Amber Watwood; her brothers, Louis Zanaty (Inge) and Abraham Zanaty Jr. (Donna); and her nephew Trey Zanaty (Robin).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's.
