He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Thorsen and Arthur S. Thorsen; and his brother Arthus S. Thorsen Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Thorsen; his children, Michael Thorsen (Maureen) and Page Rubin (Eric); his grandchildren, Makenna Thorsen, Miller Thorsen, Samuel Rubin and Nolan Rubin; and his sister-in-law Marion Thorsen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
