She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Crocker and Carlie Crocker; and her siblings, Arlee Crocker, Margie Hendrix, Nora Williams and Judy Elliott.

She is survived by: her husband Sam Flemon Burnett, Jr.; her daughter Peggy Burnett; and her siblings, Elsie Green, Pat Pate, Bill, Jim, Joe and Bobby Crocker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Alabama Chapter.
