It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matthew David Rush of Hoover, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margie, Richard Wallace, Catherine and Cleveland Rush. He is survived by: his parents, David Rush and Lynn Rush; his sisters, Kristi Ketner (Todd) and Amy Lachina (Brian); and his nephews, Mason, Sawyer Lachina and Sam Ketner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and his caregiver.
