She is survived by: her children, Roger Upton of Homewood, Melissa Upton Prater of Alabaster, Randy Upton (Tricia) of Hoover and Teresa Upton Fagan (James) of Centre; her grandchildren, Leigh Ellen Brummerhoff of Gadsden, James Fagan, Jr. (Emily) of Ocean Springs, MS, Dori Carpenter (Mark) of Hoover, Jarod Upton of Trussville, Sarah Owens (Adam) of Alabaster, Travis Prater (Candace) of Bedias, TX and Sam Prater (Sydni) of Helena; her great grandchildren, Malaki Fagan, Hayden Carpenter, Kendall Carpenter, Kylie Ann Carpenter, Ethan Prater, Wilhelm Brummerhoff, Audrey Prater, Asher Owens, Dawson Prater and Addison Prater; and her sister Majorian Justice.
