She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith P. Anderson and Andy; and her son Zac. She is survived by: her husband Michael W. Stevens; her sons, Blake (Anna) and Chad (Linden); her daughter-in-law Tiffany; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Sarah, Jackson and Claire; and her siblings, Buddy Anderson (Marsha) and Vicki Bagley (Terry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Rumpshaker, a cause Lu Ann held close to her heart after the loss of her son Zac to colon cancer in 2021.
