She was predeceased by: her husband Frank C. Mann Sr.; her parents, Chester Alexander Massey and Ninnia Vincent Massey Millwee; and her siblings, Murray Millwee, Jane Millwee Ladley, Janice Millwee Kizziah, T. J. Massey and Don Massey.
She is survived by: her sister Clara Millwee Zales; her children, Myra Mann Bailey (Pierce), Frank C. Mann II (Caroline), William "Bill" Thomas Mann II (Sandy), Michele Mann Shepherd (Michael), Mary Mann Stevenson (John) and Nina Mann Harvey (David); and her grandchildren, Dr. Ryan Mann, Eric Mann, Caitlin Mann Dale, Taylor Mann, Kelley Shepherd, William Shepherd, Scott Shepherd, John Raymond Stevenson III, Hannah Stevenson George, Emma Harvey and Andrew Harvey. She is also survived by her husband, children, extended family.
