He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Rafalsky and Lloyd Rafalsky; and his siblings, Lee Rafalsky, Celeste O'Donnell and Diane Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Reid Rafalsky; and his children, Gregg Rafalsky (Alysia), Natalie Denton (Brett), Shannon Putman (Patrick) and Erinn Osterloh (Brian).
