She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank C. Ainsworth and Sussie Mae Ainsworth; her husband Richard L. Howell; her daughter Pam Pennington; and her siblings, Elaine Morris, Frances Ritter, Willie Frank Ainsworth and Willie Cleveland Ainsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Howell (Sandra), Jeannine Hunter, Keith Howell (Michelle) and Alicia Rainwater (Scott); and her siblings, Thomas Ainsworth, Nellie Holcombe, Barbara Richvalsky, Susan Penn and Carol Helm. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and friends.
