He is survived by: his wife Shirley Anne Deakins; his daughters, Lea Anne Barnett (Frank) and Robbie Shockey (David); his nephew Steve Maddox (Candice); his niece Joy Bender (Gary Sheffield); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Barnett, Austin Barnett (Devan), Kyle Shockey, Rachel Lawrimore (Blaze) and Erin Shockey.
