He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Marie Waldrep. He is survived by: his sons, James Howard Waldrep and Nathan Keith Waldrep (Richard); his sister Georgia Lou Franks; and his grandchildren, Thomas Waldrep (Elisabeth) and Elizabeth Kuhn (Kevin). He is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren.
