She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Heatherly and Francis Heatherly. She is survived by: her spouse Randy Adams; her children, Christopher Adams, Brandon Adams and Heather Richards; her granddaughter Haley Adams; and her siblings, Benny Heatherly, Drew Heatherly, Patrick Heatherly, Holly Queen and Colleen Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
