With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Henry Glawson (Hoover, Alabama), born in Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on August 2, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elva Ercelle Littleton Glawson and Javus Littleton Glawson; and his daughter Amanda Glawson. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Glawson (Erika) and Jacob Glawson (Robin); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Glawson, Sadie Glawson, Chase Glawson, Brayden Glawson, Ian Glawson and Hannah Glawson; his brother James Glawson (Carol); and also Necie "Dale" Williams. He is also survived by husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend.
