He is survived by: his wife Terry Mitchell; his daughters, Vanessa O'Neal (Keith) and Mallory Mitchell; his grandchildren, Oliver and Claire O'Neal; and his sister Loretta Garrigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
