He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Anna Mae; and his brother Dan. He is survived by: his uncles, Walter and Cartis; his aunt Clara; his siblings, Ruth, Deanna and John; and his children, Eric, Greg, Lori and Lance. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
