He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue White Fant and Joe Branson Fant Sr.; and his brother Jeffrey R Fant. He is survived by: his children, Joe Fant (Daniel Fant), Branson Heath Fant and Andrea Fant Sutton (Shawn Sutton); his grandchildren, Branson Alexander Fant, Morgan Wagaman, Joe Fant, Victoria MacDonald, Mackenzie Fant, Maddy Hamilton, Kat Hamilton and Tristan Fant; his former wife Ann H. Hodges; and his close friend Clydette Hughes (Angel). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Emelle Community Church. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
