She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Sims; her parents, Willie Pearl Houston Yessick and Jesse Franklin Yessick; and her sister-in-law Erlene Yessick. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Sims Meyer (John) and Donna Sims McFeeters (Bill); her granddaughter Allison Meyer; her brothers, Harold Yessick and Houston Yessick (Carol); and her cousin Janice McCall (Jimmie). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
