He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubye Louise Tate Crews and James Arthur Crews; and his brother James Arthur Crews. He is survived by: his wife Mera Oztekin Crews; his sister-in-law Sherry Crye Crews; his brother Ronald J Crews (Karen Sue Smith); his children, Jimmy Lawrence Crews, Johnna Crews Lombard (Richard Thomas) and Thomas Ray Crews; his stepson Brian Jonathan Lavett (Leigh Stone); his grandchildren, Morgan Hamilton, Melissa Lee, Richard Thomas and Ryan Christopher; and his stepgrandchildren, Mason Martin and Addelyn Mera. He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
