He is survived by: his wife Gail Carter; his sons, Steve (Debby), Rus (Nancy), Neal (Lynette) and Paul (Marti); his grandchildren, Erin Cole (Jason), Jacob (Lynn), Matt (Kelly), Jonathan, Ben (Nicole), Katie (Jonathan), Stephanie and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Noah, Faith, Ailey, Maddie Joy and Rylee; and his siblings, Donnie and Genevieve. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bible Baptist Church Mission Fund at 280 Riviera Road, Palm Harbor, FL.
