He was predeceased by: his significant other Regina Crawford Whitehead. He is survived by: his children, Ann Langley (Jim) of Hoover, AL, Beth Karr (Jerry) of Rolla, MO, Bob Whitehead (Melody) of Rembert, SC and Jim Whitehead (Linda) of Knoxville, TN.
