It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevie H. Mishalanie of Hoover, Alabama, born in Clinton, South Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Philip Mishalanie; her children, Kenneth (Jennifer), Janet Comer (Joseph), Stephen (Lisa) and Jason (Olivia); her grandchildren, Aaron Comer (Diana), Andrew Comer, Jacob, Joshua, Hanna, Christopher Ryan, Caitline Buford and Cory Durrett; her great grandchild David; and her sister Jeanette. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
