He was predeceased by: his parents, David T. Parks and Irene Dickey Parks; and his brother Ardy Parks. He is survived by: his wife Gail Adams Parks; his son Gavin E. Parks; his granddaughter Abby Parks Cox (Justin); and his sister Nancy Lopez (Alberto).
