He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Brizendine and Ruth Irene Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Burley Brizendine; his children, Traci Hindsman (Todd), Staci Corbin (Chris), David Brizendine (Heather) and Brent Brizendine (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Hunter Hindsman (Taylor), Lindsey Hindsman, Bradley Hindsman (Bailey), Brinley Corbin, Brock Corbin, Bryant Corbin, Delaney Brizendine, Carter Brizendine, Finley Brizendine and Blakely Brizendine; his great grandchildren, Joanna Hindsman, Mason Hindsman, Jack Hindsman, Melanie Hindsman, Brooks Hindsman and Anna Blake Hindsman; and his sister Jo Daniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Frank, the family asks that donations be sent to The Baller Dream Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emotional and financial support to children and young adults battling cancer.
