He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Bayliss and James Bayliss; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Brown (Don) and Jim Bayliss (Patsy). He is survived by: his wife Ronda Thrasher Bayliss of Fifty; his children, David Bayliss (Tracie) and Meredith White (Taylor); and his grandchildren, Bayliss White, Tristan Bayliss, Mary Taylor White and Tyler Bayliss. He is also survived by two nephews and several cousins.
