We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 90, Doyle Lamar Johnson of Hoover, Alabama, born in Alabaster, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Johnson and James "Tige" Johnson; and his brothers, Bobby and Fred. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Spurlock (Ron), Randy Johnson (Janice) and Greg Johnson; his grandchildren, Matt Spurlock, Derek Johnson and Tara Johnson; his siblings, Shirley Nelms and Jim Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Johnson and Sylvia Johnson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
