She is survived by: her children, Teresa Maddox (Richard) and Jeff Haynes (Pam); her grandchildren, Kenny Maddox (Amber), Amanda Martinez (Yaumel) and William Haynes; her great grandchildren, Audrey Maddox, A. J. Maddox and Alina Martinez; and her sister Lucille Williams.
