She was predeceased by: her husband Percy E. Sullivan, Jr.; her parents, Floyd Wammack and Effie Parmley Wammack; her siblings, Ruby W. Posey (Howard), Opal W. Yeates (John) and Arling Floyd Wammack (Florence); and her nieces, Nancy A. Posey and Patricia L. Posey.

She is survived by: her son Stuart Eldon Sullivan; and her niece Jackie L. Posey.
