She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Milner and Mary Lowe Milner; and her siblings, LaNoy Milner Strickland and John Herbert Milner. She is survived by: her husband Ronald R. Bowen; her brother Jerome Milner (Cheryl); her sons, Jeff Willingham (Cindy) and Joel Willingham (Cindy); her grandchildren, Shea, Ben, Christopher (Lillie), Alex (Emily) and Justin; and her brother-in-law Leon Strickland. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
