She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Lamar Thomas Sr.; and her son Joseph Lamar Thomas Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Anita Thomas, Sherry Thomas Marlow (Richard David) and Frank Thomas (Patty); her sisters, Shirl W. Jones (Doc) and Elizabeth Hart; and her grandchildren, Greg Thomas, Ann Marie Childres (Wesley), Elizabeth Frey (Gary), Joseph Thomas III and James Thomas.
