With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dicie M. Howard of Hoover, Alabama, who passed away on June 29, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, Brenda Pickle and David Howard; and her son-in-law Tyler Short. She is survived by: her children, Michael Moore (Joan), Eddie Howard (Julie), Sandra Short and Terry Lacy. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
