He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dockery Rierson; his sister Jane Copple; his sons, Kim Rierson of Birmingham, Chris Rierson (Gayle) of Albuquerque, NM and Chuck Rierson (Christie) of Birmingham; and his grandchildren, Brooke Rierson, Cole Rierson, Katie Rierson, Christopher Rierson, Luccas Greene, Sonny Nilan, Carrie Harkin and Kimberly Rierson. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
