She was predeceased by: her father Clement Eugene McLean; and her uncle Duncan "Butch" McLean. She is survived by: her mother Mary Gettemy McLean; her husband Don; her pet Lula; her brothers, Bernard McLean (Nury) and Douglas McLean (Sheree); her nieces, Emma McLean and Hanna Becerra; her aunt Yukie McLean; and her cousin Amanda Mink (Bruce).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials in Carolyn's name be made to St. Alban's Episcopal Church.
