She was predeceased by: her former husband Craven G. Hill; her parents, R. K. Hayes and Huey Hayes; her brother Horace R. Hayes; her son Sidney Rankin; and her stepson David G. Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Don Blair; her siblings, Bob Hayes (Cathy) and Helen Hayes Frost (George); her sons, Bert Rankin (Debi) and Brian Rankin; her stepchildren, James Hill (Fairlyon), Judy Sargent Williams (Larry), Craig Blair (Denise) and Suzette Johnson (Charley); her grandchildren, Ashley, Daniel, Will and Ben (Savana); and her great grandchild Blair Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
