He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis C Evans and Ethel Evans (Pichelmayer). He is survived by: his wife Ann Evans; his children, Deborah Ann Alhadeff (Les) and Barry Gamble Evans (Geri); his grandchildren, Lindsey Davis (Jordan), Logan Wayne Evans, Parker Cole Evans and William Nissin Alhadeff; and his sisters, Glenda Gorham and Diana Harris. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Union Hill Church of Christ Cemetery Fund at 17220 AL HWY 91, Hanceville, Alabama 35077.
