Betty Lou Baumgarten Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Baumgarten of Hoover, Alabama, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Walters and Clara Walters; her sister Virginia Welle; and her nephew Werner Welle. She is survived by: her husband Dick Baumgarten; her daughters, Lynn Hulberg and Lee Segrest (Chuck); her grandchildren, Lisa Gambrell, Paul Gambrell (Michelle), Michael Segrest (Destiny), Greg Segrest (Melissa), Philip Hulberg (Jennifer) and Susan Carter (Jeremy); her nieces, Ginny Kreisel and Sandy Connor; and her pet Maddie. She is also survived by mother, a host of family, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her memory to Oakmont Chapel Presbyterian Church or Christ the King Lutheran Church.
